Built for work that happens in someone’s home.
HireGo is made by ApexFuse, a software company in Rawalpindi, Pakistan. We started with the part of the market everybody skips: the awkward middle where two strangers have to agree what a job is worth and then trust each other to hold up their end.
What we think a marketplace owes people
Four positions the product is built on. They are the reason it works the way it does rather than the way most apps in this category work.
A price is a conversation
Rate cards work for things that are identical every time. Repairing a leak in an old house is not identical every time, and pretending otherwise means somebody is always losing. So HireGo makes the negotiation a first-class part of the booking rather than something that happens off the platform and is denied later.
Trust has to cost something to fake
A badge that anyone can award themselves is worth nothing. Every provider on HireGo has handed real documents to a real person and waited for an answer. That is slower than an instant sign-up, and it is the point.
Both sides need protecting
Most marketplaces write their rules for the buyer and leave the worker to absorb the risk. A provider who finished a job and has not been paid can raise that here in exactly the same way a customer can raise a no-show.
Nothing changes behind your back
Offers are kept, not overwritten. A dispute records a problem, it does not silently move money. A hidden review stays on the record. If the platform did something, both parties can see that it did.
How the platform is put together
Three separate things, deployed separately, so a problem in one cannot take down the others.
- The apps people use
- One mobile app for customers and providers, on Android and iOS, built with Flutter. It is where jobs are posted, prices are agreed and work is signed off.
- The API
- A Laravel service on its own subdomain holding the booking rules, the offer history, payment state and verification. Every rule that matters is enforced there, not in the app, so no client can talk its way past it.
- The administration panel
- A separate, sign-in-only panel where our team approves providers, moderates reviews and works through support tickets. Orders are deliberately read-only there — an administrator cannot reach into a booking and change it. Any outcome goes back through the same steps the two parties can see.
- This website
- Static files on a content network. It holds no accounts and no customer data, and it cannot reach the database. The one thing it talks to is the public support form.
Talk to us
Questions about a booking, a profile that has not been approved, or working with us — all of it goes to the same place, and a person reads it.
Two apps, one agreement
Book someone for the work you need, or put your trade in front of people nearby who are looking for it right now.
