Terms of service
The agreement between you and ApexFuse for using HireGo. Last updated 9 September 2026.
These terms apply to the HireGo mobile app, this website, and the service behind them, all operated by ApexFuse, Rawalpindi, Pakistan. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you do not, do not use HireGo.
1. What HireGo is
HireGo is a marketplace. It introduces customers to independent service providers and gives both a structured way to agree terms, record what was agreed, and close a job.
HireGo does not perform any of the services listed on it, does not employ the providers, and is not a party to the agreement between a customer and a provider. When you accept an offer, the contract for that work is between the two of you. Providers are self-employed and decide for themselves what work to accept, what to charge, and when to work.
2. Who may use it
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. You must give accurate details, keep your password to yourself, and tell us if your account is used without your permission. One person, one account.
You must hold whatever licence, registration or permit the law of your country requires for the work you offer, and keep it valid. Approval on HireGo does not replace it.
3. Provider verification, and its limits
Before a provider profile appears in search, the provider uploads the documents their trade requires and a member of our team reviews them. We may reject a profile, ask for better evidence, or withdraw approval later.
Approval is a check, not a guarantee. We confirm that documents were provided and appear genuine. We do not warrant the quality, safety, punctuality or outcome of anyone’s work, and we are not a substitute for your own judgement about who you let into your home.
4. Bookings and offers
- A customer sends a job request describing the work, the place and the date.
- The provider may accept it or make a counter-offer. Either side may counter, up to five offers on one booking. Every offer is recorded and remains attached to it.
- When one side accepts an offer, that figure is the agreed price and the booking is locked to it. Extra work discovered on site is a new agreement between you.
- Completion requires both of you. One party marks the work finished and the other confirms. Neither can close a booking alone.
Cancelling after a booking is confirmed, or failing to appear, may be recorded against your account and may lead to suspension if it becomes a pattern.
5. Money
HireGo does not process, hold, escrow or transfer any payment, and charges no commission on the agreed price. All money moves directly between the customer and the provider.
- Advances. A provider may ask for an advance before travelling. If the customer agrees, they pay it directly into the account the provider has published on their profile, upload the receipt, and the provider confirms whether it arrived. The record on HireGo is evidence of that exchange; it is not the exchange itself.
- The balance is settled between the customer and the provider on the terms they agreed.
- Refunds are a matter between the two parties. We can show both what was agreed and what was recorded; we cannot reverse a transfer we never handled.
- Taxes are the responsibility of the person earning the money.
Prices are agreed and recorded in the currency of the market the booking was made in.HireGo performs no currency conversion.
6. Ratings and reviews
Only a customer whose booking was completed may rate the provider for that booking, once per booking. A review must be your own honest account of that job. We may hide a review that is abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, off-topic or fake; a hidden review stops counting towards public scores and remains on the record. We do not edit reviews to change their meaning, and we do not remove a review simply because it is unflattering.
7. Disputes
Either party may open a support ticket about a booking — including a provider who finished a job and has not been paid. Opening a ticket records the problem; it does not by itself move money or change the status of a booking.
We will look at what was recorded and help both parties reach an outcome, and any outcome is then applied through the ordinary booking steps that both of you can see. We are not an arbitrator and cannot compel either party. Nothing here removes your right to pursue the matter through the courts.
8. Things you must not do
- Give false details, or register on someone else’s behalf without their authority.
- Upload documents that are not yours, or that have been altered.
- Post work as your own that you did not do.
- Write, buy, trade or solicit reviews that do not reflect a real completed job.
- Harass, threaten or discriminate against anyone, on or off the platform, in connection with a booking.
- Use the service for anything unlawful, or for work you are not permitted to do.
- Scrape, reverse-engineer, overload or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service.
- Use another user’s contact details for anything other than the booking at hand.
9. Suspension and removal
We may block or remove an account that breaks these terms, that puts other users at risk, or that we are legally required to remove. Where it is practical and appropriate we will tell you why. You may close your own account at any time; see the privacy policy for what happens to your information.
10. Content you upload
What you upload stays yours. You give HireGo permission to store it and to display it where the service needs to — a portfolio image on your public profile, a reference photo to the provider you booked, a receipt to the provider verifying it. You confirm you have the right to upload it and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights.
The HireGo name, logo, software and design are ours and may not be copied or reused without permission.
11. Availability
We aim to keep the service running but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw features, and we may end support for a market or a category.
12. Liability
HireGo is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for the acts or omissions of any user, for the quality, safety or legality of any work booked through the platform, for any payment made directly between users, or for indirect or consequential loss. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you have paid ApexFuse for use of the service, which for the current service is nil.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Rawalpindi and Islamabad have jurisdiction, without affecting any protection you have under the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in.
14. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top will change, and where a change materially affects you we will notify you in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use HireGo after that means you accept the new terms.
